Basic First Aid
This course will enable you to feel confident to provide basic first aid should your baby need it, it will cover the principles of first aid, how to call for help and how to manage choking in a baby.

Safety, Prevention & CPR
Safety is paramount for you and your baby, so you will be informed on how to manage burns, wounds, bleeding and safe sleeping. There is also information to prepare you should you be put in a position that you need to apply CPR.

Recognising an unwell baby
As a new parent it can be daunting and scary when your baby is unwell. The information provided will prepare you and equip you with tools in your kit to recognise if your baby is unwell and the appropriate action, and how to manage this. It will cover temperature, minor illnesses and when to seek further help.
No parent wants to imagine there baby becoming unwell, especially a newborn. It can feel scary and a worrying time. This digital package provides a tool box of how to recognise, how to manage and when to seek further help. It's better to be prepared and have a little knowledge before you need it rather than getting in a panic if anything should happen. So I have created this to support you by being the 3rd parent, to relieve any angst, worry or stress and prepare you for any what-if situations.
